Clifford holds a PhD in Industrial Psychology from the University of Fort Hare with a thesis focusing on HR competencies in South Africa. Dr Hlatywayo is a seasoned academic with sound research and lecturing experience in South Africa and Namibia currently serving as a lecturer in the Human Science Department at the University of Namibia. Clifford also spends his time as a consultant with Capacity Trust assisting organisations grow their capacity through team building and emotional intelligence training. Clifford enjoys helping young human scientists discover their purpose and grow to become true professionals who can uplift the African society.

Calebs an Associate Consultant with Capacity Trust, a Psychological Consulting firm in Windhoek. Caleb is also pursuing a master’s in communication and politics with the University of Namibia. He has an academic interest in the area of communication with his thesis focusing on speech communication. Caleb has conducted leadership development team builds with various Namibian Entities including the Ministry of Mines and Energy, MTC Namibia and Old Mutual Namibia. Caleb spends some of his time helping people improve their communication skills to become better communicators and maximize their leadership potential through effective communication. With his experience in Iraq, he has gained skills in diversity management.
